I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop domestic and foreign ship repair and parts sales business, find potential customers through the Internet, exhibitions, etc., establish customer files, and follow up customer needs.
2. Quotation negotiation: According to customer needs and market conditions, formulate a reasonable quotation plan, negotiate with customers, and reach a deal.
3. Contract signing: According to the negotiation results, formulate a contract and sign a contract with the customer.
4. After signing the contract, transfer to the repair site department or procurement department. Track business progress.
5. After-sales service: Maintain good communication with customers, solve customer problems in a timely manner, and maintain customer relationships.
II. Ability requirements
1. Language ability: Ability to communicate in basic English orally and in writing.
2. Sales ability: Possess good sales skills and sales experience, able to develop new customers, maintain old customers, and facilitate transactions.
3. Knowledge reserve: Familiar with the relevant knowledge and foreign trade processes of the ship repair industry.
4. Communication ability: Good at communication and coordination, able to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to facilitate transactions.
III. Recruitment requirements
1. Education requirements: College degree or above, international trade, English, business and other related majors are preferred.
2. Language skills: Able to master English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, and able to independently handle English emails, contracts, quotations and other documents.
3. Business capabilities, understanding of the ship repair industry processes and relevant laws and regulations, familiarity with international trade terms and business etiquette, and possessing negotiation, communication, coordination and other abilities.
4. Teamwork ability: Ability to collaborate with team members, actively cooperate with the work of other departments, and jointly achieve the company's sales goals.
